Repair Canon Vixia HF10
You will have to take the camera apart and get to the back side of the connector. Most likely it is directly mounted to a circuit board. I am sure it is the board that is bad and not the connector itself. There should be a replacement number on the board itself.

Screen says memory card write protected
SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the metal contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.

I have a camcorder, Canon legria fs307. When I
Sounds like a sound decoder issue. There should have been a cd/dvd that came with your camcorder that would probably have all the tools you need for the PC. Chances are, you may have plugged in the camcorder before installing the software and Windows started loading the best drivers it could find which, more times than not, is developed by Microsoft. The fix would be installing the the software again. If you already installed it once, remove it and re-install it again. If there were any audio drivers post software installation, it could be interfering with it. Re-installing the software can overwrite the problem drivers.

Where is the SD card located on the Canon zr60
The ZR60 does not use a memory card. The manual covers several different models with slight differences; this is one of those differences. The ZR65 and ZR70 can use SD cards, but not the ZR60.
