Speakers may be blown. Try another set of speakers on the computer or try the speakers on another computer to isolate the problem.

Normally you will be able to see it from the back of your computer. The part you can see from the outside is usually about half an inch high by 4 inches wide. They usually have a stubby little antenna sticking out, or at least an antenna screw in jack kinda like the one on the back of your tv except smaller.

If you want to see the whole thing or remove it, you will have to remove the side panel from your case (usually 2 screws on back holding it on).

Then there will probably be 1 screw holding the actual wireless card in place inside at the back. Once that screw is removed you can just pull it straight out of the motherboard socket.

Obviously you would unplug the power cable and the monitor cable before you open up the case to prevent any shock to yourself or damage to your machine.

It sounds like it is confused and has lost some of the registry entries, like we would have an index to find the files. Hopefully they are all still there.
Press F8 as it boots up, this should get you into a sub menu that allows you to use Safe Mode or Recovery. Try safe mode first as Windows will search for the "missing" files and repair the registry. If that doesn't work try Recover and follow the prompts. (That may only work under F11).

just take back up of your files and try to repair you OS using your recovery system the issue is because there are some files missing in your program files o you are facing the problem

Try another monitor first, if that causes the same error message, suspect Graphics card problem, try replacement graphics card. One long beep points also to Ram issues

Make sure you have current firmware or driver updates on the cd-drive itself. If that fails sounds like a bad drive, sorry about that. If the other option works that would be good.

You cant get in safe mode because the PC hangs before windows ever try to start.

Try to press F8 multiple times but right after the Dell screen.
Some computer don't like that you press F8 while the bios is loading and just hangs there, maybe its your case.

Also if your ram is to low it may not have enough memory.Also do a disk clean and defrag if you get on there and remove any programs not being used hope i helped:)

Well the recovery disk are not bootable if you changed the routeing order okay this would be a little invasive take the hard drive out of the computer and reformat it in another computer if another computer is not the option then your going to need to take it in to a computer repair shop there is nothing we can do online that you can do there because we cannot communicate to you outside of fixya.com realm I cannot even send you anything without getting in trouble. well hacking is illegal wether it is your own system or not i can not confirm.

best advise i can give you is see if the administrator account is on.

wich would most likely be :
username : Administrator
password :

yes password would be nothing.
if it works you can reset your password of your own account

try another monitor to make sure that the problem is not as a result of there being no output from the system unit

if your tv has vga in, then you need a vga to vga cable (like a screen wire) then change the resolution in the settings of windows (put 800X640 resolution before you plug tv so that you can know what is supported)

if it doesent then you cant do anything other than buying a video card with hdmi or dvi (with a dvi to hdmi) with a hdmi cable then plug it in (will auto detect)

if your motherboard has 6 plugs that looks like this http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/imageview.php?image=461 then you need to plug it in the green one
if your motherboard has 3 plugs, its green as well or the middle one if there are no colors
if your soundcard has multiple plugs it should be the green one

It would be best to replace the drive unless you feel comfortable dissasembling it to clean out the gears that drive the tray. If you are able to look in the drive at all you might look to see if the "eye" popped up before the tray retracted all the way if so you might be able to manually push it back down and also just give a quick look at the exterior to see if the tray is caught up on anything and also look to see that it is moving in/out straght.

(ask how) 3: then put in new SSD, 4: run the w10 installer media (it is free) 5: load w10 to the SSD fresh 6: answer the silly 30 questions it asks. 7: and click activate. (buy it) ..
