Bulb replacement
Dimplex uses common bulb types. Either incandescent or halogen. Consult your owner's manual for bulb type and wattage, then visit your local hardware or convenience store. It should be easy to find. If you lost your manual, simply remove the old bulb and bring with you to the store.

The fan cuts off almost immediately after being
You could have a bad Heat sensing switch...or the wiring itself could be a bad connection........UNPLUG the heater first.....follow the wires coming from the fan and they will lead to the switcvh that brings the fan on...ensure the connections look ok......If they are fine install a "jumper" wire across the 2 terminals and plug the unit back in the fan should run continuously....then you know the switch is no good....if the wires go to a Rheostat (adjustable speed control) ensure that the dial is on....becareful the jumper wire doesn't touch anything...and test it briefly...you will be able to tell if the fan is ok...you may also be able to simply marette the wires going to the switch together which is the same as a jumper wire...if you're unfamiliar with Electrical or anything I'm saying I suggest you call a Qualified Technician
I ran it for four months straight and the ground
What has happened is drawing to much amperage over time this happens with these type heaters. Your power source (was) probably ok, if this was plugged into a 110/120volt outlet and your heater is rated to push 1500watts you would need 12.5amps just to run that, on a normal 20 amp breaker you can only get 16 amps out of it before they start to trip. So if you was running the heater and also other devises on that same line, that would have caused your problem. For those type of heaters i always have a designated line ran for them because of this problem. I would take your out let out KILL POWER FIRST and visually inspect the connections. Hope this helps you
