Early / Late boost in dimplex storage heater
The output setting if turned off isn't adjusting the temperature in the room automatically if its off,and by turning the output up is like turning up the heat.By turning the output switch on you can let the heater automatically control the heat.Still you need to monitor the adjustments to your liking and then you know how hot it will be when you come back into that room.

It sounds as though it has tripped the internal cut-out - this can be manually reset quite easily by yourself. It would probably be best to ring Dimplex customer services on 0845 6005111 to get them to talk you through it step-by-step though.
My heater stopped working last
Hi,
There does not seem to be any really big issues with this heater, but it seems as though, if the fan is not running fully up to speed and is blowing the maximum possible amount of air that the high limit will trip.
I would take the blower off and clean it out very well and check the fins of the blower wheel to make sure they are clean...
Then check the passageways through the heater to make sure they are not clogged or plugged with dust and dirt...
Finally I would replace the high limit switch... this can start cutting out at too low of a temperature as it gets older...

cool it down, and give it a break (if you have used it constantly over a
long time). Otherwise you could try clean it for dust, some heaters

Last option is to get to the
customer support at the store you bought it at, and tell them you're
problem, they will help you gladly, and probably give you a new one if
they can't fix it ;)
