Hi, You can obtain these parts at www.rfparts.com. the 1969's are around $5.50 and the 2166 is even cheaper.Good luck. If by some strange twist and you cant get them from the source I recommened , get in touch with me , I run a CB Radio Repair Shop and I do have these parts and will sell them to you but you would probably be better off ordering them from RF Parts.

the way to change between channell number and frequency display is to press - FUCT then CALL,, slightly longer..
You will also want ur display to show as 33 = for channel 19 uk...27.781..... use the STEP button to split the freqs ..

I think you should take this into a tech. It sounds like your channel switch is either defective or dirty. You may also be missing other channels.

The same way you would on any other radio.

turn the rf gain down to 1/2 way and see if it still does it.

need to put it on an oscillascope and frequency counter and have it aligned. even taking to a shop should be less than $45 to have it fully done.

there is a pot capacitor located on the circuit board use a plastic not metal tiny adjustment screwdriver to adjust the rfthe board should be marked as; "rf adj"turning the pot clockwise increases the rf

You may have a radio where the AM limiter has been defeated which can cause all kinds of issues. I would first check the mic is wired right and does not have a problem, the radio should have output with a tone to it on sideband--wattage up to over 20 watts on SSB is normal.
