My power supply mess up and started smoking now my magnum delta force cb is messing up when i turn it on the swr meter will light up but no sound and frequency counter wont light up any clue

Smoking means something died, possibly in the power supply so the result is incorrect or no power to the internal boards of the unit. Take for repair or replace the unit.

How fix talkback in magnum delta force

you need to check the audio path from the chatback board to the audio circuit usually the audio out the board will go to the center connection on the volume control sometimes people use a resistor to attenumate it to a level or a T pad and connect it to the left side {audio out to amp} so a volume control works like this left center right ground audio into control audio to amp so usually the center is used as the volume will track up as your sets volume is increased so simply connect the audio out from the chatback to the right audio to amp section on the chatbacks ive made and installed in the past had a small pot on the board this allows the volume from it too be increased so look for this first if you cant find it you can make one up like this 100K log pot 3 pin 1 2 3 L M R {left middle right} 1= ground 2= audio from chatback 3= audio to the right right audio to amp on the cb's volume control then no matter what level the actual audio from the set is set too the chatback can be set to a standard level for all hope this helps you i used too build chatbacks for the rnid year back and fit them free

DIGITAL S METER READING TOO HIGH WHAT VR POT TO ADJUST

please follow this steps and fix it. GOD BLESS you
      • 1
Turn on all of the devices in your sound system. Turn off any auto-equalizers on your sound system to gain fullest control over frequencies. This switch might be found on the receiver or the equalizer itself.
      • 2
Play a test song on repeat. Choose a song with both extremely high and extremely low instruments so that you have a wide frequency range to listen for.
      • 3
Listen for any obvious distortions in the highs and lows of the songs. Lower the knob on your equalizer for any distorted frequencies until the distortion disappears. Try at first to find the highest setting possible without distortion.
      • 4
Adjust all frequency ranges in relation to each other to find a pleasing blend for your room, trying not to let any one frequency range dominate the others. Use the highest non-distorting settings found in Step 3 as maximum settings, but don't be afraid to lower a booming bass or a screeching flute that disrupts the overall blend of the music.
      • 5
Play a song from a different genre to test how the EQ works for different types of music. A hip hop song will have louder lows than a string quartet, for example, so make sure your bass frequencies sound crisp on both types of music.

My hr2600 shows error 3 when it is keyed up and

0 = Transmitter Timeout timer has timed-out 1 = Transmit Frequency is lower than TX Lockout Lower Limit 2 = Transmit Frequency is greater than TX Lockout Higher Limit 3 = Phase-locked-loop (PLL) won't lock at this transmit frequency 4 = PLL is intermittently coming out of lock during transmit*If your radio displays error 3 or 4, don't keep trying to transmit on this frequency. The cause of the problem could be low power supply voltage to the radio or the radio's VCO loop needs adjustment. Refer to a qualified technician for service. Contact the installer of the chip first. If, however, you installed the chip yourself, contact a qualified technician for service.

I cant call or receive with my magnum delta force

What antenna are you using? What is the SWR on the antenna? Note that the swr wont necessarily affect Transmit but it will show if there is a general antenna problem like a short, that could be causing this. Otherwise it is an issue that needs to be diagnosed in depth on a test bench.
