Scanner related =Check if the scanner lock(transportation) is on(should be off). =Clean inside the scanner.Mirrors and lamp.

First (the priceless solution) clean the feed roller and the separator kit using a piece of cloth (not paper) and glass cleaner or alcohol. Otherwise replace the 2 solenoids (feed and regist) and probably the separator kit

By calling the crevice centre in your manual. sometimes the number is on a card attached to the printer. If you call the centre, tell them what copier you have, what the code is and they also will ask how many copies are made. So write that down before you make the call. The service centre probably will send a mechanic, to repair the error.

Read the manual. Usually unplugging for 1 minute and plugging back in will resolve issue. Check paper track to see if there is any debrea clogging the machine.

you need to cancel job in memory that did not send , or try to turn off the copier and unplug it form outlet ,then plug back in and turn on ,this may clear the fax memory.
