After pc is on for awhile the power light blinks
It sounds as though your computers hibernation feature is malfunctioning, or your power setting are set to shut your computer off. If I were you I would attempt to disable both features, Go to Start in the bottom left, click on Control Panel in the Start menu, and then go to Power Options. Basically just tell it to never shut off any hard disks or the computer.

It really depends on what you have now. Go to crucial's site
http://uk.crucial.com/gbr/en/ and use the scan computer tool and it will tell you how, if you can and the parts if possible.

Now my problem my camputer can not open a any soang
You need to have software to do it. If you do not have MS media player etc then it will not play but there are many others that if yo look can be used for free.
So first look for media player, if there is no player then that is your problem. Do also check and make sure the music has either MP3 or similar as if it is not encoded properly it will not play.
Unlock bios
No such thing. If you want to unlock your BIOS so you can overclock the computer, the CPU must be overclockable from the factory. If the CPU is locked you can't do it.
