I need the date to be saved on every picture I
The time and date (and a lot more) are stored with every picture in its metadata. If you want to print this with the picture, you'll need to consult the documentation for whatever program you're using to print. Depending on the program and printer, you may print the date on the image, in the margins, or on the back.
Lost software. How can I get a replacement
You don't need any special software in order to use your camera. The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or, despite what I said first, you can use any photo cataloging program, such as
Picasa.
Problem to see my photo
Many cameras simply will not display edited photos, or photos taken by a different camera. This is because the camera cannot be certain of the format and parameters of such "foreign" photos.Remember, the camera is a device for taking photos, not for showing them off.
I want to take action shots
Try turning the flash off. You can also prefocus and meter the exposure by pressing the shutter release button halfway. Hold it there until the right moment, then press it down the rest of the way.
Shutter takes to long to take pic and subject has moved.
This is a common problem with compact point&shoot cameras. You can reduce the delay by anticipating the shot. Pressing the shutter release button halfway focuses and meters the exposure. Keep holding it there until the right moment, then press it the rest of the way.

The lens is out
I have the same problem. Camera was dropped and now the lens is stuck and when I turn it on, just tells me to turn of the camera off and then on again. But still stuck. It won't take pictures.
The lens is stuck, it doesn't come out
Hi, This is a very common problem with digital cameras. The lense is a very complicated piece that has motors sensors focus motors that can see clearly at a distance or close or in between. So any rough handling or trying to open lense in a case or pocket by accidental getting its on button pushed is a death sentence for lenses on digital cameras, dirt sand etc getting in the conical tube setup is not good either, they CAN NOT be mishandled if you think that that bump the camera got wasn't that bad the lense will have the final say and odds are it will say NO. Final thought is it's broke so try wiggling the lense with you fingers, tapping gently on a hard surface if it don't fix it it is still broke and probably to expensive to repair.
