How do i set up scan
You need to install canonscan toolbox software, the interface is user friendly and scanning is just one click from there. but before installing that make sure install mp drivers first.
mp drivers - select your os and look for it

My Pixma MP 150 is flashing E 5. Any remedy?
Mainly this error is related to ink cartridge.
1 Its setting - installing/removing
2 Replacing
3 Re-seating
4 Installing the correct ink cartridge.
If you have the user guide/manual with you can do it yourself.
If the above process does not solve the problem then it means that the printer require repair for which you have to refer to the nearest Canon service center
Why MP160 printer can not
Look to the pickup roller in the feed tray - is it covered in paper dust or other particles? Also look down into the paper path for obstructions.
I inserted new cartridges one
There's a problem with one or both cartridges. Make sure the tape (if there was any) has been removed, and that the contacts are clean. Try replacing the cartridges one at a time to isolate the one having a problem.
PRINTER mp145 is displaying E2
Do you mean E,2,2 indication?
It means Carriage error.
Replace the following parts in the given oder

Hi, are you using the original ink cartridge or your ink was modified to CISS before? If you just finished refill your ink and this problem occur - the ink cartridge cannot be recognized, you shall take out both your ink cartridge and try to wipe the whole thing with a clean cloth and then carefully put in back. Error 6000
Error 6000 means - The specified file could not be encrypted.
Solution: Please reinstall the printer driver.... it's better to install a upgraded version of driver... your printer will ready to use...

Just printing blank pages, help!
Please remove your Color/Black catridge and check the head. The head must be blocked by dirty inks. Rub the head tightly with soft paper/toilet paper until the ink stain on the paper... afterall your printer is ready to use.... thanks

Anyone knows how to solve error 15 on canon
E15 Ink cartridge is not installed. Turn off the printer. Take out the ink cartridge and then reseat it. Turn the printer back on and see if it recognizes the cartridge. If it doesn't then try another new ink cartridge. Make sure its one from Canon and not a 3rd party refurbished one. If it still gives you the error message then that means the main board in the printer is bad and you would need to replace the printer.

Turn on your Canon PIXMA MP150 printer. Lift the scanning unit and hold it open with one hand. Slide the support arm on the right side into the groove at the right front corner of the unit so that the scanning unit rests in an open position.

Apply pressure on the top front of the first Canon FINE ink cartridge with your finger until you feel the cartridge unlock within its slot. Pull it from the slot and set it aside for disposal.

Grasp the tape end hanging from the new replacement cartridge and remove it carefully from the cartridge without touching the ink nozzles or the gold electrical contacts.

Hold the cartridge by its sides in front of the slot with the electrical contacts facing away from you and the front of the cartridge angled down slightly.

Slide the cartridge carefully into the slot and then push up on the bottom front of the cartridge until you feel the cartridge lock into the slot with a click.

Repeat the replacement process with the second cartridge if you need to change it.

Lift the scanning until the support arm pulls out of the groove. Push the arm back into its original position
I cannot print any document.
unplug the unit from the outlet
then hold the power and the cancel button
while holding it plug the unit press 2 times the cancel button then release both button
then press 4 times the cancel button again
