Remove top & side covers to reach laser scanner assm(see laser scanner assm,fig1) remove cover as specified in fig, remove 'C; clip to un lock ,take out scanner motor, lubricate shaft with good lubricate fix as it is..try..For further assistance pl get back... pl take care while handling motor to aviod fingure printers on reflector..

When the printer is READY, press and release GO and Job Cancel at the same time.

If the paper lift tray doesn't engage - then you get out of paper error.
Hope this corrects your issues. I've found this tray stuck in the down position.

Have you scan to see if you have a bug hideing in your system. Programs dont leave by there self. Use a program to scan your reg files. and system 32 files. Good luck

This is not the fault of the printer but the fault of word.

The way I did it successfully was as follow:
File > Page Setup > Layout = Landscape (sounds like you have already done this)

In the print dialoge, instead of OK, click Properties. On the layout tab, select landscape and below that select pages per sheet = 4 and then click ok... Then click OK to print.

I think the problem is in the printer setting, so just uninstall the Printer(Driver). Restart the PC and reinstall the driver.
It may solve your problem.

VERY INTERESTING! lol. Not a Lot i know to try, But just re install the printer, I know on most HP Printers they require the printer to be unplugged while installing, But on Mac i hear they automatically install, So it HAS to be plugged in... just delete the printer driver and try to reinstall. Hope this helps!
