It is normal for a microwave to produce noise during its regular operation. A change in the type of noise produced is most likely indicative of some type of maintenance that needs to be performed.

The appearance of a grinding, squealing, or scraping sound could mean you need a belt replaced or that a motor is in need of lubrication. Performing minor maintenance tasks now, such as lubricating a motor and replacing a belt, can prevent having to conduct even more costly repairs in the future.

Have the belt checked it might be of or worn out.

If you were to log on to the manufacturer's web site, I think you will be pleasantly surprised as usually one is able to download, by model number, Customer Instruction Manuals, list of Dealers, for spare parts and service, and Installation Instructions as required.

Just Google the manufacturer's name and follow the links. Make certain you are directed to the manufacturer's web site as some search engines direct you to other sites and they charge for the information that is normally free of charge.

Try hitting START three times to LOCK it

Stop / Reset 3 times to unlock it.

Also unplugging the unit for at least 10 minutes should also remove the child lock.

I am trying to find your manual and so far the ZIC B689 model number does not cross at all. Help with the model number please so I can help you.

Managed to fix problem after removing keypad/display. Problem was a break in one of the tracks on the flexicircuit connecting the pad to the PCB. Where curved over a free end of the flexicircuit substrate I could see a dark line across the track - a meter showed that the circuit was broken. Problem solved by careful application of silver conductive paint. Also cut back the substrate so no longer coincident with the damaged area and put across the free end some tape to provide additional protection for the future.
Would like to replace the keypad as use has caused plastic surface to start to break down but apparently no spares are available in the UK for this machine. Had to dismantle and repair the door interlocks a couple of years back for the same reason. Would buy a new machine but cant find one to match this one. Size and spec doesn't seem to exist anymore.

REPLACING AN OVEN LIGHT BULB
(MAIN OVEN)
Disconnect the appliance from the
electricity supply before replacing the
bulb.
The type of bulb required is a 300°C, 25 watt small
Edison Screw.
1. Make sure the appliance is cool before you
replace a bulb
2. Open the door and remove the shelves and
wirework runners.
3. Pull the glass bulb cover towards you and then
pull it off. If necessary use a screwdriver to
carefully lever off the cover, taking care not to
damage the oven cavity.
4. Unscrew the bulb by turning it to the left.
5. Fit a new bulb and then replace the glass bulb
cover.
6. Refit the wirework runners and replace the oven
shelves
7. Restore the appliance to the electricity supply and
reset the time of day.

They are usually at the rear where the power lead goes in. This will state the maker, the address, the voltage and watts, the model number and serial number. That is a statutory requirement. Based on the fact it is not said where it is used or how it blows i.e. does it blow as soon as power is applied or does it blow after a few seconds? In the first case you probably looking for direct short while in the second case a faulty item that is becoming defective when energized or hot.

You have a defective control panel (contains keyboard), it would be cheaper to just replace the oven.

this oven could be in display mode this only allows non harmful functions to work eg lights etc but no heat this can be disabled through clock test prog reset but you will need an engineer to do it as complicated.
