Yes. The water pressure in the hydraulic system is very important. If more water flows through the hydraulic circuit of the lower nozzle, then probably that the upper nozzle will not rotate which will cause poor wash results. Dado

get an electrician in to do the job I will reply as it you have 3 wires , one red , one black and one yellow with a green stripe or green with a yellow stripe they can be brown , blue with the yellow s/green stripe for a switch to work it makes /breaks a live power circuit , so assuming the red wire to be the power wire , one end goes in one connection and the other end goes in a connection directly opposite the black wire is a neutral wire and is not connected or cut the yellow/ green wire is a ground wire and is connected to a metal part of the cabinet for brow, /blue combinations --brown is normally the live wire AS I STATED AT THE BEGINNING--- SAFETY FIRST--- GET AN ACCREDITED ELECTRICIAN IN FOR THE JOB

Make sure that it has current reaching it. Also ensure that the door switch is closing so unit will start.

25 years ago technicians repaired the pressure switch if it was possible. Today, their price is such that it is not worth and it is very small chance that you will succeed. My advice is to buy a new pressure switch and replace it. I do not have enough information to be able to answer with hundred percent certainty. From my experience, the most common problem is the improper handling of the appliance. Driven by overwhelming commercials we often pass from detergent to tablets. The largest number of tablets contains rinse aid that we already have in the dispenser. Practical adding a double dose of rinse aid resulting in poor washing results and glasses look like washed in milk. The solution is to open the dispenser and put the dosage rinse aid to minimum. In electronic dishwashers new generation is even possible to completely exclude the dosage rinse aid if you are using tablets. Dado

If is clean dishes in the upper basket, I conclude that the pump produces enough pressure what means that the lower spray arm for some reason does not rotate and because that washing result is bad. Before washing I would check the lower spray arm rotates freely and after that open the door during washing and check if the lower spray arm rotates. Sometimes, the holes in the spray arm clog and disable turning which leads to poor washing results in the lower basket. Dado

First step: Find the thermostat. You will find documentation online that should tell you where to look. Second Step: Using documentation and perhaps the failing thermostat, order a replacement. There are numerous suppliers online. Third Step: When the replacement arrives, install it where the old thermostat was mounted, connecting electrical lines as required.
