my fix for this was just recent, if you have Norton Antivirus, go get the upgrade, its free. It fixes this problem.

I would need a few more details to really get to the heart of this but the first thing I would do is connect this Dell to the router with an actual cable, if only temporarily. See if there are still issues when directly connected. Depending on answer to that you would know if the wireless is some how responsible or if there is some other cause. If there are no issues with a direct cable I would say it is the wireless card or signal. You could a try different wireless hardware on the dell or switch channels on the wifi router to see if that helps. I can't think of a reason why four computers on the same router would respond differently to a specific site.

There is 2 ways you can lock down your router. If you are going to allow friends and family to access your router then you can setup a WEP key. This will be a pass phase that they would put in to get access. The other way is to use the MAC filter. Using the MAC filter you can put in the MAC address of the wireless device that you want to allow to access you router and only those devices will be able to access the network. Note you have to manually add the MAC addresses to the filter list to get them to work.
