I don't think the motherboard will support 32 bit operating system.

you can do that through display settings .. right click on empty space on your desktop .. goto preferences. or goto control panel - display settings .. and you should be able to modify the same to desirable settings. if that does not help .. then call 1-877-805-1027 for expert help

This answer relates to keyboard hardware issue only.

On powering on PC look for keyboard lights flashing.
If no flash. Power down. Remove/replace kbd plug.
If still no flash of lights then please read on.

If kbd is old ps/2 type. Which is small round, sometimes purple, plug.
Ensure its not in not in the similar mouse socket.
Check for bent pin in plug.
ps/2 sockets can fail (as can keyboards)
If no joy and no other ps/2 keyboard works, consider replacing with usb type.

If kbd is usb type, do power off/on look for lights flashing.
If no flash of lights, try in different usb port.
Try replacing keyboard.

If using windows any version it is very very easy to do. Right click on the picture and scroll down to send to then choose mail recipient... This should open your default email application. and just fill out the to address and send. If that doesn't work it will depend on what your default email application is. For Outlook you would just open New Email : and you have 2 options..Insert Picture or attach file..both of which will open a search box looking for where the picture (file is stored). Google mail is a tad different but also same choices compose new email insert file or insert photo. Both of which you must direct to where the (picture, file is located)). Hi Simiyu Oscar, There is a possibility that this issue might be related to DirectX. Try following the below steps which might help:

(1)Click start and select run. (2)Type regedit, click ok and select yes. (3)Goto HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE?SOFTWARE..> MICROSOFT..> DIRECTX (4)Now right click on DirectX and delete it.
