IdeaPad S10e Netbook: CANT OPEN LENOVO ONE KEY RECOVERY UPON START...

Make sure you did it correctly. Computer should be OFF when doing the one key recovery. Turn off the computer then press the small button right beside the power button. Your computer should automatically turned on and you will go straight to one key recovery software. If this will not happen, then the one key recovery is destroyed. We need to re-image your Harddrive to have that one key recovery software back to you computer. You may call Lenovo technical support department for further assistance on how you are going to send your laptop to our depot department. Netbook doesn't sync up with projector when it is

OK and are you connecting to both laptops using the same cable? Also, the image doesn't automatically output to an external source on some laptops depending the on the software. Some require that you push the 'FN' key then, say 'F7'. I had a similar problem with a Sony Viao last week, it was outputting to a projector just fine and then just stopped working. It turned out that I had reinstall some Sony software (obtained from their site) in order to get it to work.

My com dont access to any site

see if you have connected your broadband internet cable into your computer , and go to your network connections to see if it's connected. If this doesn't help then it's probably you firewall or your anti virus program that is not allowing you to access the internet. Go to your firewall or the anti virus software and unblock the internet browser(internet explorer, firefox, etc.) you are using.

Hi There,

If your computer is clearly active when you switch it on, but not displaying anything your ram is probably loose or something, it needs to be looked at by a technician.

Fomratting to original OS

Lenovo doesn't provide restore CDs... and the S10 don't even have CD drive. Since you install XP in new partition, probably Vista is still there? Try using Vista DVD (I assume you are using external CD for S10). Boot with Vista DVD and choose the repair option if available. If not, you may need to go to Lenovo support to get the S10 restored to original state.

Need to unblock myspace off my school laptop

I hate to be the bad bearer of news but the software that your school has loaded on your computer is setup to prevent you from visiting any sites they decide that are not school related. The only person that can give you access is your schools IT department there are no hacks and if you try to hack it the computer will lock you out! I suggest you use your home computer for Myspace, facebook and any other social sites.

Proxy for DET filter/blocks

You'll very rarely find Proxy/unblockers sites that are unblocked.
If you find a website that's meant to be blocked, but isn't blocked yet, it'll soon be blocked!
A few months ago, my friends found a website that'll let you go on any website, Facebook, Myspace, & Redtube, but within a week of the website being constantly used, it was eventually blocked! :(

What you need is a teacher's net account, or a tafe account.

Connect and disconnect repeatedly

From wireless?

The wireless router signal may be blocked by some metal object like a metal file cabinet. Your laptop may be on a metal desk ..
Look around..

If you are using "G" wireless, instead of A or B or N, , then the microwave oven may be interfering whenever it is in use (like making popcorn)...

Move the wireless router and adjust the laptop position... and have peeps alert you whenever they need to use the microwave... also cordless phones (not cellphones) that use 2.4GHz signal.

Hope this helps!
