You can remove the back and check for bulged electrolytic caps on the power supply, you can also check to see if the power is putting out the right voltage, the the output voltage should be written on the power supply board by the connector. Also look at the inverter for cold solder connections.

Your TV is probably getting interference from electrical appliances that produce electromagnetic interference. These includes fluorescent lights and electric motors such as water pumps. Cars, motorcycles and other things the emits electromagnetic signal can interfere with your TV.
Check for any new electrical installations within 5 meter radius or any newly connected appliance on the branch circuit where your TV is plugged. Disable if there's any then operate the TV. If your TV is not mounted on the wall, try moving it to another location to check if this is the cause of the problem.

you can try this step.open the cover of your tv and have acces to the main board (CPU)during power on and no picture appears.press the small butoon found on the mainboard press it while the power is on this must reset everything on the CPU and powers the TV normally...let me know if this procedure work or have a rating to me with the thumbs up button. thank you!

..Check for Regulator Leakage on your Hi Voltage Board and Resitor over heat due to overload voltage on the Vertical holder

Check on initial settings in your menu; most makers provide a 'factory default' selection that will come pretty close.
It may also have 'Warm' and 'Cool' settings for color that provide either vivid color or less intense.

Will have to start from the power point and work your probe from the powerr supply to the main board.
You can come to a conclusion with this test and then to pinpoint , might need more instructions.
So to start with open panel check fuses, if blown replace, if it blows off again failure in power, failure of capacitor, rectifier, SM drive.
If power is OK, and goes fine to the board but with no signs of life , check on the processor voltage, Oscillation. If not possible faliure of the controller.
Take help to identify and confirm this section, so as not to tamper.
