this printer is non net work model.. U can't install direct in network, but U can install as a local printer in one computer there u can share it to n number of systems..

if you have a laptop then you dont need a cord and then if you have tghe cord connected it wont print if you have a regular computer and have the cord then you need to take your computer and then they will fix the printer it happend to me about 12 times'

Turn the printer off.
Unplug the AC power.
Turn your computer off.
Unplug the AC power.
Reconnect the AC power to the computer.
Turn the computer on.
Reconnect the AC power to the printer.
Turn the printer on.
Windows should recognize the printer.
Try to print.
If you still have a problem, take the printer to a qualified technician to trouble-shoot, or, since new printers are very inexpensive, responsibly recycle the printer, and buy a new one.

Or, if it still is under "warranty", exercise the warranty to get it repaired/replaced.

A leak from the cartridges may cause this issue. The printer needs maintenance and cleaning.

ok first u check u install the black catriage. with out black catriage they can not colour print..if u have not install the black catriage and only u install the colour catriage they can not print,,that's why u check catriage. it is complusery to both catriage is install in the printer...

Check the back of the printer. There should be a removable rear panel. Just Pull back on the lever (I believe on the right side) The rear panel will come off. See if any paper is lodged along the paper feeder wheels, if so, just remove it.  Also check back in the front of the printer and make sure there is none lodged along the feeder there where the paper normally comes out.  
Power the printer back up and try to print again.

Hello. First of all I would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year! I recently bought a HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3515 printer. The printer works fine (prints, scans and copies). There is only one problem with it. It returns me an error when I'm shutting it off. This happens very often but not always, it is kinda annoying. The error is displayed as: ERROR CODE 0X02B7C2ED SM_MODULE C (the error is also shown on the image). I tried to Google the problem but without effects. I don't know what could be the problem. Can someone help me please, because I have no idea what could be the issue. Thanks for any replays.

If you are using a Windows PC, search for devices and printers. Once you find the printer, right click on it, go into printing preferences and you should find a tab in there that will all you to disable color. If you want to be able to print in both and black will not print, make sure your black ink cartridge is not empty or that it is properly installed.
