heater core is blocked an easy way to do this is feel the 2 hoses going into the firewall in the engine compartment these will be 2 5/8 coolant lines going into the cab and only a couple inches apart.
...and the hoses, the heat is not warming as fast or as well as it should. The radiator appears to be in good shape and the fluid is testing good. Did you check to see if the heater core is stopped
...as well replace both the are only 5-6 bucks and have to be ordered from the dealership if that doesnt work id start looking to replace heater core before you start getting puddles in your floor ...
