All electrical has been replaced, tires have been changed, and the vehicle has been in 6 times for this, They guys at the ford service center don't know how to keep it off. You may want to forget the dealer, and we all want to know the answers, to why dealers fail to repair things.
A local shop should be able to reset the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitor System) now you rotated the tires.
A dealer should,as any good shop, should be able to call up a diagnostic chart of your vehicle,IF, they subscribe to a Data Base, and they absolutely have to,or they have no info on your veh.
Now you need to pay for time spent, finding the cause of the issue.

On a 2005 Expedition there is a way to check each tire sensor. I done a google search and found the way to put te vehicle into train mode. This retrains the sensors. This told me that one of the sensors was bad. My local shop did not know this. Good luck

It's a sensor that goes off when your tire pressure is too low or too high. Check the air pressure.

Tire pressure monitor fault

Tire pressure sensors are just that, sensitive. If all your tire have the proper pressure and you still are seeing the sensor light and it comes back on after resetting it then the computer sensor monitor is at fault. Unless you can reset your cars' computer you will probably be stuck with going to the dealer for service. Call various other reputable service centers that have certified mechanics before turning out the big green at a FORD dealership though.

What does service tire monitor mean on a 2005 chevy tahoe means

It means you have a malfunction in the TPMS system. First you can try to do a reset as follows: 1. key on, engine off, parking brake on. 2. turn park lights on and off 4 times you will hear a horn chirp twice, you are in program mode. Start at L/F tire release air for 10 seconds, wait 15 seconds until horn chirp, after chirp go to R/F tire do the same until horn chirp then R/R let air out til the chirp then L/R do the same after the L/R chirp, turn key off and you are done, note you have only 5 min. to complete. If you do not hear horn chirp at each tire, you will have to start from beginning. When complete, remember to add air to each tire, 35 psi is recommended.
If that does not work you probably have a bad TPMS sensor, which will have to be replaced. Some auto parts stores will test your sensors for free, so check around.

Light is on that looks like it has a exclamation in it

It is a tire pressure monitor lights. You can also refer to your owners manual. What it is trying to say is that one of your tire pressure is low and to fix this, just bring your tire pressure back to manufacture recommendation.

Tire sensor fault on our 2006 Ford Explorer after new tires

2006 Ford Truck Explorer
NOTE: The tire pressure sensor training prcedure must be done in an area without radio frequency (RF) noise. RF noise is generated by electrical motor and appliance operation, cell phones, and remote transmitters.

1. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position
2. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position three times, ending in the RUN position. Do not wait more than two minutes between each key cycle.
3. Press and release the brake pedal
4. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.

Sequence:
1- Left Front Tire
2- Right Front Tire
3- Right Rear Tire
4- Left Rear Tire

5. Turn the ignition switch from the OFF position to the RUN position three times, ending in the RUN position. Do not wait for more than two minutes between each key cycle.
6. The horn will sound once and the TPMS indicator will flash if train mode has been entered successfully. If equipped, the message center displays "TRAIN LEFT FRONT TIRE." Place the magnet on the valve stem of the LF tire pressure sensor. The horn will sound briefly to indicate that the tire pressure sensor has been recognized by the TPMS module.
7.Within two minutes after the horn sounds, place the magnet on the valve stem of the RF tire pressure sensor. NOTE: If the TPMS module does not recognize any one of the four tire pressure sensors during the tire training procedure, the horn will sound twice and the message center (if equipped) will display "TIRE TRAINING MODE INCOMPLETE." If this occurs, the entire procedure must be repeated from Step 1.
8. Repeat Step 7 for the RR and LR tires. When the tire training procedure is complete, the horn will sound once and the message center (if equipped) will display TIRE TRAINING MODE COMPLETE.

This should help. For now, probably all Fords are like this. And I do not believe that Ford puts sensors in their spares (some GMs do).
Good luck

My Ford Freestar Minivan is reading RESET TIRE where the milage should show. What do I do?

I believe that one of your tires is low on air causing the pressure monitor to kick in. Check all your tires to make sure the inflated to the proper PSI which will be located on one of the door jambs

Ideal tire pressure 2005 ford ecape limited

the manufactor puts a sticker on the passengers side rear door with recommended tire pressure.if you want a smoother ride then decrease the rear tires by 2 lbs,so if the front is supposed to be 35 lbs,put 33 lbs in the rear.try to keep the 2 rear tires the same exact and the two front the same to keep the tires from wearing un-even..unless you have a air pressure monitor in the system that lets you know when your tires need air, this way feels better. The reason for the difference from front to back in pressure is because of the weight of the engine.
