What is code p0325 on 98 accord

Code 325 is for a knock sensor failure.
The sensor looks for spark knock and if that happens the engine computer slows down spark timing.
The problem could be the sensor, the wiring, or something other than spark knock the sensor is finding. A bad valve or rod knock can mirror the spark knock traits.

It is a 6 cylinder engine, and it is making a knocking sound. We think it's either a thrown rod or a loose rod, what do i do?

If it's a 3800 you need to get a new balancer. They com apart and rattle. If the oil light is on and it is knocking that may be a bearing problem, but 3800 very seldom does have a bearing problem.

I have a 2000 Olds intrigue, and am getting error codes P0410 and P0327. What are they telling me and how should I repair them?

P0410 is a code for the EGR Valve. This can be checked by pulling vacuum on the hose attached to it while the engine is running. If the engine struggles when you do, it is working fine. P0327 is a fault on the Knock sensor. More precisely, a low voltage on the Knock Sensor. This is more than likely a severed wire or faulty sensor. I would recommend taking care of the EGR code and see if that cures both issues.

How do you change the wheel sensors on a 2002 olds intrigue

They are integral with the hubs, so you need to change them. Not a bad job, but you need good tools. Remove the tire, remove the tie rod end and ball joint, remove the axle, remove the caliper, remove the bolts, drive out the old hub, installation is reverse.

I start my truck an the robs are knocking and it

I believe there is a knock sensor on this engine causing it not to run. If the knock is too bad it wont run....It actually probably saved your engine....find out why the knock...out of timing?...clogged fuel filter? bad gas? thrown rod?

4.3 vortec engine , engine noise, knocking or tapping on top of engine, not when cold , but starts noise when it heats up, and gets louder as it gets hotter and hotter!!! Sounds like noise is in the center...

The knocking or ticking is going to determine if it is in the top end, lifters, push-rod or rocker arm issue or the bottom end that would include pistons or bearings.
If it is a ticking noise, it will more than likely be a valve train issue.
If a knocking noise, piston or crankshaft related problem.

Attached is a web site that you can listen to a piston slap which is a known issue for your 4.3.
Listen to the noise and see if it sounds similar to your problem. A piston slap will generally sound as though it is coming from the central area of the engine.
Listen to the recording and let me know.
