Will the fairing and tank from a 1996 fireblade fit a 1994 fireblade?

There was a facelift model in 1996 so the fairings are slightly at the front as different as Honda came up with the fox/tiger eye headlights.
Other than that, they look very similar including the tank. The support bracket which holds the top fairing on might be different.
If you're buying these parts off the internet, I'd contact your local Honda dealer first as you could be stuck with these parts if they don't fit.

How to remove front forks from a 1992 honda fireblade

Probably do-able but you will have to make sure you can support the bike from under the engine. Some bikes will allow this all depends on what is below the oil sump area. If you can support the bike from under the engine I would suggest getting an ABBA stand and a small car jack. With the front wheel raised remove front wheel, fork brace if fitted, mudguard and brake calipers ( I always hang the calipers on string tied to the handle bars. You will have to remove anything that is fixed to the fork sliders i.e. cable clamps, brake line unions and fixing bolts speedo cable clamps etc etc. Undo the top and bottom yoke clamp bolts the forks should then be able to be gently twisted out. Be very careful when twisting the fork legs as the yokes are quite hard metal and can easily score the chrome plating. Hope this helps

How do I remove the side fairing on 2008 honda cbr 1000rr?

What you need is a manual, a freebie is available at this site. It will also come in handy when you try to put it back together again :D.
