As soon as i turn the key the signal fuse 15a blows
Sounds like a hot wire in the signal circuit is grounding somewhere.
if you dont have a hot wire grounding out, make sure the fuse is tight.
if fuse is loose,it will pull too many amps
make sure all your signal light are good.the filment sometime short too ground

Sounds like a short in the generator rotor magnet windings its ok until it heats up and expands then your short happens.
Hope this helps
SOURCE: Keeps blowing ignition fuse
It sounds like your starter is taking to many amps to crank so I would change your starter.

Theres definately something wrong in the circuit of tht orange wire ...try to follow it up as to where tht wire goes and you will probabely find the short.
Hope this helps.

You almost certainly have a bad coonnection somewhere, have a look behind the headlight to start with. Really, you need to do some electrical fault finding with a multi tester. Try to pin point exactly when the fuse is blowing - ie when u switch something on, or when you start up..... Some times the tank of these can rub o hole in the wiring loom underneath - check there. There are many electrical `potential` probs with gs`s but they can be rectified. Try the GSRESOURCE site for more assistance.
