Got some power on my ultra classic but will not crank over

'Cranks' means it turns over. I think you mean it cranks but doesn't start?

when it shuts off will it crank but that start check for spark at this point if it is cranking it won't start also check your codes hard or soft pull your codes and check them you couldn't Google code numbers for Harley good luck,,

This is just a guess, but the problem may be with the crank and/or cam sensors.

Hi,
If the starter winds and there is a clicking sound, but did not crank the engine, it means the solenoid did not engage the starter bendix gear drive to the crankshaft.
You have to pull down the starter assembly and check the parts inside. By putting a direct power to the starter you will see what's wrong w/ it.
If you have no knowledge on such repair, a technician should do the job!

Same problem here 2007 ultra classic changed crank position sensor still no luck

Just a idea here, but I have heard the the fuel pump is also powered through the oil pressure sensor, the fuel pump relay starts the bike, and then the oil pressure switch takes over, as soon as it is running, caused by the oil pressure, that way if you tip it over, you loose oil pressure and it will kill fuel so it doesn't keep running.
So in therory, if you cranked it enough, build up oil pressure, and presto,,, it's running.
I'm sure that a real Harley mechanic can do better.

Your Crank Position Sensor, or Cam Position Sensor is likely to be the problem. If there is no signal from crank position sensor, bike will not fire the coil. ECM has no referance to position of motor. Making timing imposible.
