That site tells you how to do it. Basically you use a paper clip to jump 2 ports on the obd1 connector and the check engine light will flash a certin number of times and you write down how many times it flashes. Example. flash flash pause flash flash flash is a code 23.

What does KWP2000 ISO9141
That is not an error code. That is the OBD type of communication protocol. or standard. To read the OBD codes you must have a scanner that is capable of using this protocol to connect to the ecu.

Trying to find the reason for code p2000
The scan tool your using is generic ISO 9141 is used as the protocal. Its not a code. kwp2000 is not shown. Try and use it on manufacture specific or try and get any freeze frame codes and reply or repost. ( Don't forget to turn ignition key to the run position when trying to retrieve codes.)
