Iam currently haveing the same problem with the fuel pump and the fuel pump relay. I checked the the fuse and even replaced it along with the fuel pump. And it still won't start. What should I do now?

I would turn on the ignition while listening under the back of the car and you should hear a buzzing from the fuel pump. if you dont hear it then either your fuel pump is bad or you blew a fuse or sometimes you can trip the fuel safety shut of switch that should be located in owners manuel

2003 concord, 2.7 engine v6 crank engine 1st time wont start. Turn key off and crank again and will start.. If warm engine and not sat long will fire first crank.

Test the fuel pressure regulator. It has a check valve in it to maintain fuel pressure when the engine is not running.

I think you have to replace the O2 sensors in the exhaust system. this just my guess. you can check from repair shop and then fix it

I had this same issue in my older bmw, it drove me crazy! not sure about your second question, but I replaced a CPS (crank/camshaft position sensor) and the TPS (throttle position sensor) all around 50 bucks each, and it started up fine and runs!

Hope this helps!
