The fan in my 04 lancer ralliart starts running when I start the car and for about 30 secs after I shut it off. It never ran all the time until a month or so ago. What could be the problem?

i dont think so. most evo have different headlight shape than the ralliart, but my advice will be go to cardomain.com and look at evos or something or sign up and ask around. some very nice ppl on there for helpful info.
