Do I have to use additional sealer on a metal head gasket for a 1995 Toyota tercel 1.5 dohc?

Did you have the head shaved? If not it is warped and will not seal. To answer you no, it is rare that any sealer is used on any gaskets on most engine parts. There are a few places where oil pans meet seals or valve covers with over head cams that do, but most modern engines do not need sealant on quality gaskets unless there is surface damage.
You did not mention if you torqued correctly and use new head bolts. This is considered very important.

How do I change the transmission fluid on my 1995 toyota tercel

Typically you have to remove the transmission pan. This is a messy job and is best performed on a lift with an elevated oil pan. You just have to start pulling off bolts, there will probably be about a dozen of them. Loosen all on but one side so as you start to loosen the last side, the opposite side will drop and you will only drain from one side. Make sure you have a new gasket on hand.

I have a 1993 Toyota Paseo, which I have been told is almost mechanically identical to the 1993 Tercel. I think I there is a leak in the seal of the oil pan. Please give me instructions for replacing the...

Are you sure have a leak,? you saw it? they usually don't leak only from the valve cover gasket.
If you see oil drip by the passenger side of the oil pan the leak could be the crankshaft seal.
if the oil is in the center of the engine rear main seal is the problem.
If al around the oil pan is wet with oil but the oil do not make it to the floor, then the person who is doing the oil changes is not cleaning properly.

1989 tercel major oil leak passanger side. how do i change the oil pump gasket? do i need to change timing belt too? N where is the unit located? is it under the cover between the valve cover and oil pan?

The oil pump is located under the black timing cover , however your leak is likely the lower main seal under that cover as well , your oil pump will be on the upper right side , you should replace them both and the timing belt while your there considering the cost of the parts , it is good insurance you wont lose your belt while you still own your car and have to go back in again , it is not hard to do just be patient , also when you loosen off your timing belt tensioner '' to remove the belt ''dont forget to re tension it after you replace it

To change the oil pan gasket in a 93 Tercel

Stock the car doesn't come with an oil pan gasket but you can order one from rockauto.com you don't have to remove the A/C compressor for any of the jobs you listed. If you want to change the timing belt you need to remove the plastic rock guard under the motor on the passenger side. remove the spark plugs and using the socket turn the engine from the crankshaft clockwise until you are at TDC on #1 cyclinder. (compression stroke) Next remove the upper and lower plastic timing belt covers. The idler pulley is the one with the spring. Loosen the nut and remove the spring then you can remove the timing belt. It really isn't that hard to do. Maybe one afternoon.

1993 TOYOTA TERCEL 1500cc Valve Seals Replaced now smokes much worse

You either have had the wrong valve seals installed, they are physically missing, or the valves are incorrect (too loose in the guides/stem too thin). The rocker arm seals will not contribute to your issue. If it did not have the oil smoke before you took the head off, the issue is with whatever the machine shop did. Valve seals have to fit TIGHT, or oil will go down the valve stem into the intake.
Take the head back to the machine shop & tell them to fix it. For free.
