Your best bet ,take it to a qualified repair shop before you replace a part that is not needed . Blower motor not working could be caused by a number of thing's . Without viewing wiring diagrams to see what all is involved in turning on the blower an then testing the electrical circuit's nothing should be replaced . Looking at the wiring diagram i see front blower motor relay , front blower motor , variable blower control module , front air controller . So ,if you start replacing parts without knowing , you'll spend more then taking to a qualified repair shop.

You would need to take Rear Quarter Trim Panel off- Right Side (TrailBlazer, Envoy, Bravada) To get at the blower motor for testing electrical circuits . This video i have posted is for the front blower motor , you test the AUX . blower motor the same . Blower Motor Problems Auto Repair Help
In the diagram, check fuse 10--40 amp, not only check the fuse, check the fuse circuit for voltage with hvac on. Use a test light to check for voltage. See the wires going to front blower motor, that is voltage and ground, check them both. Also, the front blower module could be causing a problem? The diagram is for automatic hvac.
You will need to check all connections in door. Make sure to have a 12 volt test light, remove door panel and check window switch for power if ok go to motor hold test light to the hot wire to motor, use window switch does test light light up if so motor is bad.
