Hello! The problem is the ignition lock cylinder itself...I would suggest changing the cylinder and the ignition switch...Purchase and change the Lock Cylinder first...If that solves the problem, stop there (The switch is costly...It may not be needed)...See photos below...Guru....Saailer
Turn the key to start ..1/16" Allen into the hole on top of the lock assembly to release the retaining pin...Turn to run...remove
