How is the sensor connected to the engine? I had a 2000 model Pajero which did the same thing. It had to do with the way the sensor was connected to the engine, the hollow bolt they used was aftermarket and didn't let enough oil through to the sensor. So the oil has to warm up first before it can get through to the sensor.

At idle, at operating temp is there any ticking from top end of engine? Are there any knocking noises brom bottom end?
If no noises, change oil and add some Marvel oil to clean out galleys. If that dosent work, change oil pressure sendingf unit. Also, if you have a mechanical oil pressure gauge, hook it up and take a direct reading. Oil pressure (in any vehicle) at idle should NEVER be less than 15psi. Generally in 4.0 jeep engines it's never less than 30, with a high reading at driving rpm of about 40-60! (but, you did not mention what engine you have)

Try cleaning the fuel pump filter. Under the seat behind the driver lift the carpet and you will find a round cover with six screws remove the cover. The fuel pump is directly below unscrew the retaining round plate and remove the pump. At the base of the pump is a small filter if it is covered in black muck that's your problem. clean and replace. job takes about 10 mins good luck. please let me know how you got on!

When the gauge is at 0, is there any noise from the engine (tick, knock etc?) I would have someone put a mechanical gauge on there and read true pressure.Your driving pressure seems OK but if the low number is "real" something is wrong!

When is the last time you changed the oil? It sounds like you have gummed up your motor.

first thing to check, how is your battery? Are the battery posts clean? next check your fuses. replace as needed. sometimes if an aftermarket stereo has been added, the wront power cord may have been splice. need to get the exact coce and find out what it means. i have never heard of a 1-3 code, usualy there are in the form of T0222 or T444 or something close to that.
hope this helps a bit, the actual error code would help quite a bit
