The air conditioner drain is clogged on my lasabre. How can I unclog it?

compressed air and uncover the drain outside and use a wire clothes hanger to break the clog loose then use the compressed air on the inside to blow clog outside.

The Evaporator box has a Drain tube, this is blocked and not letting the water drain off ,hence the build up of water in the box which will overflow into the passengers side .
The drain tube needs to be unblocked to let the water drain off.

The way I did it was I used an air hose and blew out the trash

it happens on all cars that the drain clogs up on. take a coat hagner and stick up the drain tube to get it unclogged

there are none. you either have a bad heater core or your air conditioner drain hose is clogged. It should be draining above the shock on the passenger front side.

If it is just water start with the AC, if it has coolant in it then its the heater core.

The air conditioner condensation drain is under the hood not inside the car. The fluid is probably a leaking heater coil. It is located on the passenger side firewall.

there is a device under the passenger side of the dash,, called an evaporator.. for the ac!!!,, this is leaking (the lines connected to it,, or your gas is running low (ac gas) have an ac guy top up the gas for you !!! and it will stop,, unless the lines are broken which is very unlikely..

did you find where the drain out put is in the air conditioning assembly box located on the firewall. It should be a clear or black hose coming off of the air conditioning assembly. If you use a coat hanger or a piece of wire about the same diameter of a wire coat hanger and use the wire and stick it up the hose to clear the debris out of the way(probably leaves and such pretty common).

It is definetly connected. Once the drain is clogged mildew will begin to grow.
You will have to get under the car and locate the drain. Usually you can insert a small screw driver in the end of the drain to clear the large debris. Next, use a small bottle brush to remove as much as you can. Next, take a garden hose and run water into the cowling at the base of the windshield. You should start to see water exiting the drain tube.
Repeat as necessary.

Also, once the area is cleaned and dried out, the odor will start to go away.

-- open the driver's door
-- locate where the air conditioner blower box is attached to the passenger side of the firewall - see photo #1 - look to the immediate right at the top of the gas pedal arm

-- condensation flows toward the front of the vehicle through the firewall at the leftmost edge of the air conditioner blower box - drain channel
-- open the hood and stand next to the front wheel on the driver's side
-- look down at the firewall over the battery and to the passenger side of the brake master cylinder - see photo #2

-- locate the small diameter metal lines running horizontally and attached to the engine compartment firewall
-- locate the hole in the engine compartment firewall panel behind the small diameter metal brake lines
-- this hole leads to the drain opening in the air conditioner blower box mounted in the passenger compartment
-- follow the brake lines as they run from under the vehicle and turn toward the front wheel on the driver's side
-- locate the hole in the engine compartment panel behind the brake lines
-- insert a short length of stiff wire into the hole through the engine compartment panel to unblock the drain hole
