2010 Ford Expedition Can someone tell me where the air suspension compressor relay is? Not talking about a relay in the fuse box but the other one that has two bolt holes in it and a pigtail running in it....

I have not looked at your part but there usually is a plastic panel cover on one of the rear quarter panels inside the rear cargo area. Sometimes it is paired with the inertia switch relay.

Wanted to inform you that some of the better scanners can diagnose Air suspension problems. Some of the big auto-parts stores offer free scans but few use the better scanner. Call ahead.

2002 ford expedition air suspension system.where is the relay for the air pump located.

The compressor relay is located under the pass. side headlight, down below on the radiator core support. BTW, it is kinda flat looking and is black & aluminum in color. Make sure to check the connector and replace if it is burnt and/or melted.

Air suspension not working

on the passenger side inside the wheel well there is a high current relay for the air compressor it is a silver metal relay assy 4 wire plug two smaller wire are the relay power two larger wires are compressor feed. if you jump the two larger wires and the compressor works check the smaller wires for power and ground if ok the relay is bad. usually these relays go bad due to compressor drawing high current and usually need to be replaced
