Click on the link. I tried to get everything on one page, which makes it harder to read. It's been my experience that posting multiple images, only the first image posts, not the others. I didn't see a relay in diagram.
The bcm controls door locks with input from the door lock/unlock switch, I doubt I can trouble shoot that from here. You could check for bcm trouble codes, see if anything comes up? Some of the national brand auto stores will check po codes for free, I don't know about bcm codes?
Could be other issues.

The same happened to me. I found out you have to have a full 12 volts in the system or your key can be locked. I would say try the connections at the battery or try another battery. Once I made sure the connection was tight at the battery the key came right out. Hope this helps

a la mejor tiene malos los fusibles o se descompuso la computadora
lo mas probable es que se haya descompuesto la computadora del auto

This is it I don't have a manual and noone else seems to either. I'm old school muscle cars from seventies. This electronic **** is too Greek for me. The fuses are all numbered but which one is it? I tried to google a fuse box diagram for a grand prix gt 2003 but got nowhere.

GM FOBS cannot be reprogrammed at home...Dealer ($90-125) or go to a local car stereo shop and get their new keyless entry installed ($89)
Good Luck
