1998 Ford F-150 4.2 V6 starts and idles fine if you step on the gas to accelerate quickly it bogs down and backfires I have changed fuel filter, fuel pump, Fuel pressure regulator I have swapped every sensor from my 99 ford and still have same problem. The truck will get up to Highway speed but if I press the gas passed a certain point it bogs down. I am frustrated and ready toset fire to the truck. Help
I had a van do this same thing to a tee turned out to be a broken key pin in the harmonic balencer causing the timing to ****** replaced balencer and ran like a dream there is a crank sensor grid on the balencer when the key pin broke it trew the timing off

The only codes I get are for EGR system, so I swapped EGR solinoid and EGR Sensor I have checked every vacuum hose and like I said swapped the IAC, TPS, MAS and problem persists
