Could be a u-joint. Check it by moving the drive shaft side to side, if no play in the u-joints then they are not bad. If you need to replace the drive shaft I would suggest you find one at a salvage yard versus paying that much for a new one.

I have a 86 chevy s10 4x4 with a low speed vibration in the front any ideas

this could be multiple things, check to make sure your tires dont have a slipped belt, or are not bumpy. Also sometimes the front shaft for four wheel drive has a bad u joint, or bad cv shaft right or left.

My 2006 nissan pathfinder shutters or vibrates sometimes when I speed up on the highway. It stops when I pull off the gas pedal.

That would be a u-joint that is worn out causing the vibration. Check for excessive play in your drive shafts,. The front drive shafts are common for bad u-joints.

Usually if there is a howl on acceleration from the rear it's the big pinion bearing,if the howl is on deceleration it's the small pinion bearing.(the pinion shaft with these bearing is the one in the diff that the driveshaft attaches to)

Vibration in steering at highway speeds?

vibration at highway speeds is normally a tire balance issue. take it to a tire shop and have them inspect and balance the tires.

Cv joint boot missing and vibration at highway speeds

Replacing the boot is not even an option at this point. Get yourself a chiltons or haynes manual for instructions and I recommend replacing the entire axle (prices are very reasonable as rebuilt or from a scrapyard). I recommend buying the manual first and reading it over, then deciding if the job is too difficult and if you need to have it done at a shop. The manual will help you in many situations so buying one will save you $ in the long run, even if you have this job done elsewhere!!!

My vehicle vibration while running.we change all tyres and wheel rims. front and rear propeller shafts, check wheel hub run out.check and adjust alignment but problem same.

Front and rear impeller shafts?? Not sure if you mean drive shafts or not? The problem could be in your front drive axles/drive shaft. If you replaced them all that would be 4 total (very expensive). I would try another shop if that much was replaced and didn't solve the issue. When does the problem start in idle, driving on bumps, highway? Could be a motor problem too. Need more info.

IT IS PROBABLY U- JOINTS CHANGED MINE AND SOLVED PROBLEM FACTORY U JOINTS ARE NOT GREASABLE AND IF YOU DO A LOT OF HIGHWAY DRIVING ;WEAR OUT QUICKLY. GO TO NAPA AUTO PARTS AND REPLACE WITH GREASABLE ONES $15.00 EACH.

Shaking at highway speeds.

As for your shaking at highway speeds, providing your tires have been balanced properly, it's probably a u-joint. If you let off the gas when it's vibrating, and the vibration quits immediatly, it's a u-joint. If it doesn't, it's a tire or wheel.
The squeak is probably a shock, but that would be a guess.
