This wold indicate that you have a shorted horn circuit. Generally, the horn circuit has a negative contact at the steering wheel, meaning when you push the button, it grounds (-) the sysem causing the relay out in the engine compartment area to provide 12V (+) directly to the horn. If nothing else causes the fuse to blow, the pwr window/sunroof., then either the relay itself is shorting out or a wire to the horn is grounding, or you have a bad horn. (spend a few fuses & save time, unplug the relay, replace the fuse & press the horn button & see if the fuse blows. Next, plug in the relay & do the same for the horn)

Generally it won't be the wire from the horn button or the horn would be working continually. Your owners manual should tell you where the relay is & you could see if you notice any unusual appearance to the case, as well as following the wiring from there to the horn, to see if any damage is apparent. IE: if the horn is located in the front grill area or near a opening in the fenderwell, does it appear a rock or something has hit it or any wiring causing damage. With a vehicle as new as yours, if it isn't obvious damage, I would suspect the relay. good luck

All windows and sunroof stoped working at once

All these windows are probably on the same electrical circuit. I would start by locating your vehicles owners manual and look up fuse locations and check that specific fuse to see if it is blown. If the fuse is blown on of the motors for the windos or sunroof me be starting to go out and drawing a higher amperage than the fuse is rated for. Or possible fuse was old and an original and finaly blew on its own. I would start by checking the fuse.

Replaced window switch on 02 prizm and now none of the windows work nor the sunroof. any ideas?

You could have gotten a bad switch. Try plugging the old one back in and see if it works. Windows get their power from a circuit breaker. These rarely go bad.

Check the underhood relays. Wiggle each one and see what happens. Check all the fuses that pertain to these operations also.

1992 Honda Prelude/driver,passanger,and sunroof dont move

hi check for another fuse box under bonnet near battery as it sounds like you may have blown a main fuse , as the items you say are now not working are all motors and use a higher ampage than alot of curcuits they sometimes split these onto alarger fuse like a 40 amp or 50 amp .
if it has blown one of these you will have to get a replacement from a main dealer
