I know. :)
This is your radiator coolant light. This means your coolant is low. There is a sensor in your reservoir tank that turns the light on your dash when the coolant is low in the tank. Use DEX-COOL for your Saturn. It's suppose to be red coolant, not the green stuff.

If there is plenty of coolant in the tank, the sensor itself maybe bad.

I have 2013 ford escape, yesterday an icon came on the dash in speedometer area and cannot find it in the book, it was red and looked like A two curved lines then rectangular box with two lines

A red light usually means an issue you need to check as soon as you can. Can you possibly describe the light, or lights, in a bit more detail. Does your vehicle have the lane assist feature fitted?
Most symbols with 2 curved lines refer to the braking system. Is it one of the lights in the attached photo? Please comment below.

Where does the white ac vacuum line get connected

Not sure if you have the manual or automatic AC system so I am going with the manual which is the most common. Now I'm not sure where the vacuum line is disconnected either as it goes to different locations starting at the plug, splices of to the heater control valve to the blend door. Below are some diagrams for you. In the 4th picture down I marked with a red arrow the location of the blend door as it is located under the dash. This picture looks a litle backwards so pay attention to where the arrow is saying the front of the vehicle as the blend door is on the right (in the picture it kind of looks as if it is on the right side). If you have the automatic AC system things may be different and may need to give you different diagrams. I just went with the most common. Hope this is what you were looking for and hope it helps...

How do I release a fuel line?

Going to do my best to explain it and made you some fancy pictures. Your fuel lines need to be separated by a special tool that you can get at your local auto parts store. Just tell them you have a Ford and need the tool to separate a fuel line and they should know but there are different sizes. In the one picture with the arrows, the red arrow is pointing to the "housing" I guess you can say. Inside there is a spring. The blue arrow shows you a little tab on the special tool. Close that tool over the line, push the tab that's on the tool toward the spring which will open up that spring. While the tool has the spring opened separate the fuel lines. To install make sure the O-rings on the line are nice and clean and maybe put a very little bit of oil on the O-rings to lubricate it a bit and simply push them back together. You can hear a little "click" as they go back together or at least feel it "snap" back together. Just try to pull them back apart a little to make sure it is back in place and ALWAYS check for a fuel leak when done. I hope this helps and good luck.

I have been trying to find out where the thermostat for a ford taurus dohc is located there are so many different hoses going to so many different places I'm not sure where to look they say in the left...

It is located in the front of your engine on the left side between the radiator fan and engine. The best way for me to describe the location is looking from the front look down between the motor and fan about where the add oil cap is. It is down about half the height of the radiator. I hope I was able to explain its location good enough if not please just let me know

Red arrow poiting down

If I'm right, and this vehicle is a stick, this model has shift indicator lights. Green arrow points up when its time to shift up, and red arrow points down when you need to downshift. If it does, the tach, which registers the motor rpm's, which controlls the lights, is malfunctioning.

Battery Icon w/arrow inside it pointing down ?????

Does the arrow point down. I think you are describing the low coolant level light. Add some antifreeze.
