1998 nissan altima 4 cylinder motor. The engine will not rev over 2000 rpms. Engine struggles to accelerate and quits.

There is a internal distributor failure, does it start easy. Check the distributor pigtail connection 98 are prone to connection failure

My 2003 Nissan Altima won't accelerate. A friend told me to turn the car off and pull up on the gas pedal and try to start again which worked twice. The car will start and idle but acts as if the...

The accelerator is a potentiometer connected to a pedel and the wires go directly to the ECM. If the AWU( accelerator Working Unit) was bad the engine would run constant at 1800-200 rpm. Do any codes come up? I will do some more research and repost.

2003 nissan altima how many cam postion senors does it have

If you have a 4 cylinder you have 1 cam sensor and 1 crank sensor. Both parts are the same.

If you have a 6 cylinder, then you have 2 cam sensors and 1 crank sensor. These sensors are all different.
