Car wont start. the cigerette light windows and dash clock dont work. the car turns over good, just dont start.

I would start near the battery and look for a broken wire feeding the fuse block under the hood. Also, look in the fuse block for a main fuse that could be blown. It would be very helpful if you would find a schematic for your car and see where the wires are connected and where they draw their power.

You are getting power to some devices, but not all devices. You will probably find a broken wire or blown fuse somewhere causing the problem.
