I'm not certain what information you need, but if you purchased new plugs and wires (correct heat range of plugs and correct wire set), take out one plug at a time, gap and insert new plug and torque to spec (not critical, but proper to get good seal and not damage the washer). Then replace the wire for that plug, trace it out and remove it, replacing with the new one using the same routing. Do one plug and one wire at a time to avoid mis-routing or crossing wires. I hope this is the information you needed.

How to change the spark plugs on my 2009 Hyundai Sonata 4 cyl.

remove 1 spark plug wire from the plug. Find a socket that fits the spark plug and connect it to the socket wrench. Put the socket on the spark plug and turn counter clock wise until the old spark plug is removed. Check the gap on the new replacement plug ( make sure you have the correct plug first). Put the new spark plug into the hole that the old 1 came out of and turn clockwise by hand making sure it is in straight, then tighten it clockwise until tight.( WARNING: DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN THE PLUG OR YOU WILL BREAK IT). replace the spark plug wire. repeat the process with the other 3 spark plugs. Start the vehicle. If you are replacing the wires, take off 1 wire at a time, match up the size and replace the old with the new.

How to Test Spark Plugs in Audi A6 car?

1) Test the spark plug ignition. For that disconnect the spark plug wire from the spark plug.
2) Then touch the spark plug wire close to a metal surface of the car. Then spin the key in ignition switch. If you will see a spark or hear a crackling noise. This means the wire to the spark plug has voltage in it.
3) If there is no spark when you crack the engine it means that a spark plug wire is dead.
4) Check out all the battery cable, ignition wires and coil wires are hooked up properly to their points.
5) If any of the battery cable, ignition wires and coil wires is loose then this can also relate to no spark.
6) But if all the battery cable, ignition wires and coil wires are properly connected then its time to replace the spark plugs.
7) Before replacing clean the old spark plugs connections and recheck.
8) Many a time’s cleaning or moving the spark plug connections makes it work.
9) If nothing is getting the spark plug to spark, then it needs replacement.
This will help. Thanks.

Describe your how fix my pontiac 2000 montana Problem changing spark plugs

Inspection

Inspect for the correct routing of the spark plug wires. Improper routing may cause cross-firing. Inspect each wire for any signs of cranks or splits in the wire. Inspect each plug wire boot for tearing, piercing, arcing, carbon tracking or a corroded terminal.
If there is any corrosion, carbon tracking or arcing indicated on a plug wire boot or terminal, both the plug wire and component it was connected to should be replaced.

Removal & Installation

3.5L Engine

  1. Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the Precautions Section.
  2. Remove the left side spark plug wires from the spark plugs.
  3. Remove the left side plug wires from the retaining clips.
  4. Rotate the engine for access as follows:
    1. Set the parking brake.
    2. Shift the transaxle into neutral.
    3. Remove the engine mount strut bolts. Swing the engine mount struts aside.
    4. Install the Engine Tilt Strap J-41131.

  1. Install the right side plug wires to the ignition coils and then the spark plugs.
  2. Install the spark plug wires to the retaining clip.
  3. Rotate the engine back to the original position.
  4. Install the left side spark plug wires to the ignition coils and then to the spark plugs.
  5. Install the spark plug wires to the retaining clips.

3.9L Engine

  2. Remove the intake manifold cover.
  3. Remove the left side spark plug wires as follows:
    1. Disconnect the left side spark plug wires from the spark plugs.
    2. Disconnect the left side spark plug wires from the ignition coil.
    3. Remove the left side spark plug wire clips from the intake manifold and heater inlet and outlet pipe.
    4. Remove the left side spark plug wire assembly.

  4. If removing the right side spark plug wires, the engine must be rotated for access as follows:

    2. Shift the transaxle into neutral.
    3. Remove the engine mount strut bolts. Swing the engine mount struts aside.
    4. Install the Engine Tilt Strap J-41131.
    5. Pull on the engine in order to rotate the engine forward.
    6. Tighten the strap.

  5. After rotating the engine, remove the right side spark plug wires as follows:
    1. Disconnect the right side spark plug wires from the spark plugs and ignition coil.
