Check fuel pressure, key on engine off, 53--59 psi. Common thoughts for that code, maf sensor, where applicable-- vacuum leak--fuel pressure/volume.
Bank lean fault... typical from a vacuum leak or intake manifold leak. Chevy V6 has history with lower intake manifold gasket failure. Check all vacuum hoses, especially the notorious chevy vacuum accumulator line.

you should change the tps( throtal position sensor) this can cause that problem

well actually you cant clean the mass air flow, you usually ruin it when you clean it,it could be a bad maf or just crapy gas,not crappy enuff that the car doesnt run,but enuff it doesnt like the air/fuel mixture and is setting the light

have you changed the fuel filter? i would try that. failing that, i would have a back pressure test performed on the catalytic converter. sounds like it could be plugged. good luck!

I had a similar problem - took it into 'Nissan Professionals' and they changed everything you did as well, and had no luck. After 4 or 5 times working on it, they told me that it was a 'loose wire' that had to be re-soddered and then the problem was fixed. I don't know where the wire was, but they made it sound like it was in or around the fuse panel under the hood.
I hope this might shed some light on the problem.
The next time it won't start ,pull a sparkplug wire and see if you're getting fire. Then we'll known whether its a ignition or fuel problem and go from there.
