Just drove my 2000 sunfire today, turned it off, came back a couple hours later and it wouldnt start. when i turn the key to start it up the dashboard lights up for a second and then dies. and when i have the headlights turned off and the battery charging, i hear a clicking coming from behind the dashboard, but ill switch them on and the clicking stops.
Sounds like just a duff battery try using a booster pack most batterys last about 5 yrs so if yours is the orginal then it's do one

no spark at spark plugs due to dirty spark plugs or faulty ignition
