SOURCE: 98 4Runner rear window no longer operates
Open the rear hatch. Pull off the inner trim panel. Look to see if there is a little box with a bunch of wires connected to it. It may be at the lower edge, driver side. Turn the key on. Test for 12 volts at the solid BLUE wire (there is only 1 solid blue wire) that is connected to the box. Is there power? If not, check the 30 amp POWER fuse. If there IS power, this box may be bad. This is the power window relay for the rear hatch. The wiper/washer and the rear window motor power all come out of this box.
BUT:
Check for power & get back to me before you buy a relay box, there are a few other tests I could share with you before we pronounce the relay box bad...
SOURCE: power windows
First off does the window switch on the passenger side? if it does then you may just need the drivers side window switch. The front and the back windows work seperate from each other.
SOURCE: 2001 pt cruiser no heat
did you check the fluid level by removing the rad. cap? Radiator should be full to top. If Chryslers are low on coolant, the heater will not blow warm air.

SOURCE: Can't find control button to open windows on PT Cruiser
On my 2004 PT, there are five switches in the upper center of the dashboard above the radio and heater controls. Top row is left and right front windows. bottom row is left and right rear windows, and the switch below is to disable the rear switches so the kids don't play with them. The switches in the rear are on the back of the center console between the front seats. The dashboard change (for the worse if you ask me) didn't happen until the 2006 models. The child safety locks for the back doors can be found on the front edge of the back doors when you open the front doors. If you found this helpful, please don't forget to rate it.
