I don't know what testing you have done? Make sure the battery has a full charge. Engine cranking, check for spark at the plugs. Use a gage and check proper fuel pressure. Check fuel injector pulse.
How long since a tune-up? Any applicable trouble codes?

You have a shorted engine harness, this is not common but it does happen, heat and engine movement cause damage to the harness, this is most common on hi miler cars and vans, the only way to fix it is to start by looking anywhere the harness rubs, that is where the damage occurs.

Put new fuel pump, fuel filter, and purge solenoid on and still wont start.. 1998 plymouth voyager. Is there a reset button? what do i do?

chrysler products have what is called a shut down rely,it is located in the fuse box under the hood if your e.c.m. is on the drivers fender and the battery is in the same place, remove the battery and check the wiring harness for rub thru from contact with the battery box and corosion from the battery acid repair any wires that are broken or corroded and try starting it again. this relay is a safety system to shut down the ignition and fuel pump in an accident.

IT WONT START..it will start if sprayed with starter fluid with it being on jumoier cables but then dies

sounds stupid as it may but the oil pressure sensor needs to be replaced. The fuel pump primes off that sensor to start up the engine. Once oil pressure is acheived the computer turns on the fuel pump relay to take over the pump

My 93 plymouth voyager won't start unless I spray starting fluid down air cleaner, then it only runs a few seconds.

Listen for fuel pump when turning ignition to on position. If no pump sound, locate fuel pump fuse and relay in box under hood. First check fuse, then listen to relay while ignition is turned to on. Relay should click. If no click, replace relay. If click, circuits are good and pump is likely bad. Please reply if you have questions.
