Check setup go to japanese setting hold reset button until it switches over to english. sometime you hold reset or setup button. check for u tube video for your model car
there is no language setting in the menu options :(

Of course. It depends upon how new the interface is. Since it is a 2004, I do not believe that you will be changing it with normal inputs. You will have to go to a Nissan retailer and ask if they can fix it.
