recover r134. remove cooling fan and shroud assembly. Remove surp belt. Unplug compressor connector. From under car. Remove ac manifold retaining bolt. Remove O2 sensor from exhaust for clearance. Unbolt compressor and remove (some of the bolts will have to be inserted into the new compressor prior to installation. Reverse all steps and evacuate and recharge system.

simple trick provided you can do this by running some twine around your pulleys allowing for1-2 inches less for slack adjuster an that will pretty close.or they may have for that system without ac meaning the condenser unit.

You do not want to open that can of worms. Getting a belt to do that is simply guesswork, and if the thing does not get routed correctly, you will have pullies that are running backwards, which can cause all kinds of problems.
Here is a better solution: A company named MOTORMITE makes pully assemblies that are designed to replace the existing A/C compressor. You simply remove the compressor and this pully assembly bolts on to the compressor mounts. It allows you to not only route the belt correctly, but also allows you to use the belt that the vehicle was originally equipped with, eliminating the guesswork involved in trying to find a belt that will be the right length and have the correct tension to run things.
