Replace the water temp censor located on the radiator tank, it acts as on off switch, and if faulty supplies voltage to the fan motor regardless of engine temp.

Hi,must of the time when fans stop working is because a fuse or a fan relay is burned ,it is also posible that the fan motor also burn out,there is a temperature switch at the cilinder head that can go bad and the fan will not go on. this should do it .....
