stop lamp & park/horn circuits grounded on load side. What can cause this? A direct short to ground .
Finding The Source Of Electrical Shorts In Your Car
Like I was saying just a few lines ago, it could be a ground that is dirty. (COULD BE). Clean all the terminals on the battery, have the alternator tested, clean the terminal for the + and the - in the engine compartment, and reach in and clean any ground you can find on the engine (carefully). It could also be a set of bad cables for both sides of the battery. This is one of those trial and error situations, but if you do it logically, you can narrow it down. Start with the alternator test, clean the cables (or replace) and keep going until you hit on your issue. Good luck and GO!.
under the glove box, pull out plastic push pin holding plastic duct work and remove duct piece, three screws holding blower motor cover, remove them, then disconnect blower motor wires at connector, remove three screws holding motor up in place. watch the mice don't fall on you!
I would make sure that both the positive and negative (ground) cables as well as the connections to the battery are good. If all these are in good condition, maybe your starter or it's soinoid is starting to fail. Rick
You need to bleed the Cooling system(While engine is on...) through the bleeder valve on top of the engine (w/ heater selected ON,and on High Speed ofcourse!).
