My 1991 mazda mx3 wont start. It wont start by key but starter jumps, still no soark not sure about fuel. Last time it ran it started but it stalled and wontnstart again. Help me plz ?

It won't spark if no fuel reaches injectors check if you have fuel pressure. If not migh have frozen fuel filter it it havent been changed in the last two years or ever ..change it

Hi Yvon, thank you for your help. The fuel filter was plugged and I changed it, and tried again I do have fuel to the rail and still no spark. Any suggestions would be appreciated plz??

Fuse locations are not EASILY AVAILABLE
FOR YOUR MX3 here in the USA ...

No (it appears) your coil is NOT internal to the Distributer...
Check the SIX wires going to the engine... Plugs...

That ONE in the center.. is your coil...

but not starting, no spark... points back toward the ignition switch (anti-theft) ecu... and interrupter relays...

Coil could ALSO be bad but it really looks like a fuse
(or an offended ANTI-THEFT circuit)

OK very very old 1991 Mazda 323 but what enigne
or what VIN, so can read VIN and tell you.
the only clue you gave even tiny helpful is
won't start? wont crank
or cranks fast but the engine will not start and run and stay running and not stall.

there are 2 answers one simple for starter
and 100 pages on engines that does not run
which one do you want.can do them all endless.
we use up to 20 tool and tests.

I would just about bet that the timing belt needs replaced....along with some valves now.

Ran out of gas, replaced gas try starting, wont

hit the key five times without trying to start, just bump the starter, after the fith time turn it over and it should crank

01 kia optima stalled and wont start...starter just clicks

It seems the starter is playing up.First check if your battery is charged fully or try to jump start and see what happens.If the engine start then it's either you need a new battery or else you need a replacement alternator.Test using a voltmeter if the actual altenator is working.Finally the last option is the starter motor that needs changing or fixing...Hope this helps.

I have a 92 mazda mx3 precidia 1.8 that keep stalling repalced fuel pump and it still does it also some time hard to start some time when started and reved up the rpm go up and down

your muffler shop are a bunch of **** i have work for a dodge dealer ship for 24 years way to take it to the people that make a whole 400 dollars a week im sure they are very smart you dont want help

sounds like a fuel problem u need u check to make sure u getting fuel to your injectors but known how earlyfuel injectors are i would say theyre ur culprit here
